About QMA

Queer Music Agency (QMA) is a New York City based music agency that exclusively represents queer artists.

As a full-service booking platform and agency, we represent talent across all genres while offering services including live bookings, brand partnerships, and consulting for artists, brands, and partners looking to authentically engage with queer talent and audiences.

The music industry often overlooks queer artists, which is why we’ve made it our mission to build a strong, sustainable community and create real opportunities for visibility and income. We work to bring new musical experiences to audiences while driving equal representation across venues, festivals, and brand campaigns.

Our goal is simple: empower queer artists to build lasting careers and make a living through their craft.

Our Services

  • We actively pitch and secure live opportunities for our artists across venues, festivals, and brand events. From outreach to negotiation to confirmation, we focus on getting our artists on stage in the right rooms. Apply for representation.

  • We connect brands with LGBTQ+ artists to create authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships. From talent sourcing and creative matchmaking to campaign strategy and partnership negotiation, we help brands find the right voices for their initiatives while connecting artists with paid collaborations, live activations, and opportunities that expand their reach, strengthen their brand, and generate meaningful revenue.

  • For artists who aren’t ready for full representation, we offer strategic packages on booking, outreach, and marketing. This includes EPK creation, pitching strategy, and actionable next steps to help artists book more shows independently.
